LifeSize® Recognized by Austin Business Journal for Second Consecutive Year as a Top Best Place to Work in Central Texas

AUSTIN, TX – June 26, 2007 –LifeSize®, the high definition video communications company, today announced that it has been recognized by the Austin Business Journal for a second consecutive year as being one of the 2007 Top 50 Best Places to Work in Central Texas. With over 160 companies nominated and evaluated, LifeSize once again placed in this year’s prestigious rankings.

To be considered for the recognition, companies were required to submit a nomination describing work culture and incentives. Employees were then asked to respond to an online survey providing anonymous feedback on areas such as overall job satisfaction, confidence in management and work-life balance.

“LifeSize is a great place to work because we have exceptional people, and together they have created an amazing and inspiring culture,” said Craig Malloy, CEO of LifeSize. “I am very proud of all our employees and applaud each and every one of them for contributing to what makes LifeSize such a great Austin-based company.”

LifeSize was recognized by the Austin Business Journal for its commitment to personal excellence that fosters trust, respect and cooperation, and a culture that encourages each employee – as an owner of the company – to be intellectually curious and individually accountable. Founded in 2003 with continued year-over-year double-digit growth, LifeSize has maintained an entrepreneurial work environment that encourages employees to take risks, challenge decisions and initiate actions. LifeSize joins many well-established companies on the annual ranking, making its Top 50 Best Places to Work placement a tremendous achievement.
