Joe Bulger, Vice President of Engineering
Joe has over 20 years of development experience and a long track record of successfully building and leading development teams and projects. Before joining LifeSize in January 2006 as Director of SQA and Program Management, Joe held Director-level development positions at Newisys and Net Perceptions, where he was instrumental in overseeing products from inception to production. Joe also held other key development roles at Hewlett-Packard, Convex Computer Corporation, and the Department of Defense. As Vice President of Engineering at LifeSize, he is responsible for all product definition, design, and development. Joe holds a Master of Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Buffalo.
