Andreas Wienold is a true believer in the power of this incredible technology. He has more than 18 years in the video conferencing industry, nearly half of that right here at Lifesize. Having watched the industry evolve time and again from the days of ISDN to IP to now helping Lifesize lead the “HD revolution,” Andreas will be the first to admit that he loves having been part of all these major industry evolutions.
Before joining us at Lifesize, Andreas spent eight years at VCON, where he held a series of management positions that culminated in his being named Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. Prior to VCON, he honed his partner program development skills during his tenure as Channel Manager for NetManage Software.
Now, as Vice President International for Lifesize, Andreas leads a team of sales, marketing and engineering professionals in developing market solutions for customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. He also supports and encourages our company’s extensive partner network.
Andreas is a happy husband and proud father of four children who makes sure he sees his family at least once a day even though managing his vast region means he’s sometimes thousands of miles from home. Fortunately they can still connect by video, no matter where he may be. And by using Lifesize in his personal life, Andreas finds it easy to explain to customers how our video conferencing technology can build relationships and even change lives. For Andreas and his team, “wow” experiences happen daily, and he enjoys seeing a smile on a customer’s face when they see a crystal-clear HD video call for the first time.

Andreas aims to make the Lifesize customer experience as easy and seamless as possible. As the head of sales for the international region, he spends a great deal of time with customers, looking to better understand their business challenges and figuring out ways our video solution can solve them.
