Partner Program Levels


Authorized Partners can offer the entire line of LifeSize HD video endpoints. The Authorized level features low barriers to enter the program, and sales support is offered exclusively through our value-added distributors.


Professional Partners can sell the entire line of LifeSize HD video endpoints, including Connections, our cloud-based infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) solution. Professional-level partners may also earn certification on individual components of our infrastructure portfolio to offer a more comprehensive solution to their customers. Requirements include a small investment in demo equipment and online training. Sales support is offered primarily by LifeSize Inside Sales and through our value-added distributors.


Expert Partners share our commitment to Universal Video Collaboration by offering the entire portfolio of LifeSize endpoints, infrastructure and applications. An investment in demo gear and training gives Expert partners access to the highest level of benefits and support. Direct field sales support by LifeSize Channel Account Managers (CAMs), Regional Account Managers (RAMs) and Sales Engineers (SEs), in cooperation with our value-added distributors, will ensure that the Expert Partner is strongly positioned in every opportunity.
