Global Deployment Service

The Global Deployment service provides a LifeSize Services Project Manager (LSPM) to manage the deployment of your LifeSize HD video conference products and select peripherals remotely. Your LSPM will work with you over the phone to gather information on your requirements before installation and will coordinate with the LifeSize Expert Field Installer who will execute your installation.

Global Delivery—Flex

International shipping can be intimidating and time consuming. The Global Delivery—Flex service provides shipping management of your LifeSize HD video conferencing products directly to your sites with the option for your company to provide payment of all import duties and shipping costs in the local currency. You’ll also have access to a LSPM, who will ensure that your project remains on schedule.

Global Delivery—Premium

The Global Delivery—Premium service is perfect for an organization that does not need installation or implementation services but would like to avoid the stress associated with international shipping. This service provides total shipping logistics management of your LifeSize video conferencing products. Your LSPM will quote your full service prior to delivery and will facilitate commercial invoices, origin paperwork, insurance, bills of lading, import laws, customs clearance and more on your behalf.
