Expanded Language and Browser Support: Free Video Calling with Lifesize Go
Host free and instant video calls with your team right from your phone or browser. Meet face to face, present your screen and enjoy a more personal meeting experience with every conversation. No downloads or sign-ups required — just share the link and go. Lifesize Go is now available in 14 additional languages, including Chinese (Simplified), Czech, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish. Lifesize Go can now also be used through the Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers to instantly connect without the complexity of scheduling, software or app downloads by navigating to https://go.lifesize.com.
Updated Lifesize Outlook Add-In
If you’re like most Outlook users, you probably spend a good chunk of the day with your email client open. The Lifesize Outlook Add-In makes it easy to schedule Lifesize meetings without ever having to leave that workflow. Download the Lifesize Add-In from the Office365® add-ins manager and use the new “Schedule Meeting” and “Quick Invite” icons to generate meeting invites with your Lifesize details embedded.
Lifesize Web and Desktop App: Upcoming Meetings Calendar Integration
We’ve added a new button in the left navigation menu in the Lifesize web and desktop apps. Simply click Upcoming, connect your Google and/or Office 365 calendar, and you’re set. Upcoming lets you see all of your meetings with Lifesize call links for the next seven days. Click on the meeting and join with a single click, or quickly schedule new meetings right from this view.
Lifesize Admin Console: Configurable Meeting Invites
Simplify the join experience for users and guests by tailoring your default meeting invite to how your organization collaborates. Streamline your invite to include a single join link or add options for toll-free audio numbers or our Skype for Business integration.
Lifesize Share Adds Integrations for Digital Signage and Whiteboard Sharing
Lifesize Share can now integrate with ScreenCloud digital signage and the Kaptivo whiteboard camera system. In addition to these valuable add-ons, you can now launch meetings via your mobile device for rooms enabled with a Lifesize Share device and a Lifesize Icon meeting room system.
