It’s been almost a year since we announced our divestiture from LiveOps Inc. to become an independent software company. And what a year it has been! We’ve built out new and refreshed teams, put in place new infrastructure, delivered an all-new, built from the ground up CCaaS solution with CxEngage, and recently announced our rebrand to Serenova.
Through all of that, we’ve maintained two promises to the industry: we will disrupt the contact center market with our innovation and we will be laser-focused on delivering the customer service and support that our customers need to do the same for their customers. I’m proud to say that those efforts have been recognized and validated by Gartner naming Serenova a Challenger in the 2016 Magic Quadrant for Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS). For the team at Serenova, it’s highly rewarding to be recognized by the analyst community, and we’re particularly happy that we fared so well in the prestigious Magic Quadrant – one of the most exhaustive product and company evaluations we participate in. Being placed in a spot that demonstrates our disruptive approach is the result of hard work and dedication of a top-notch team. It’s a testament to the Serenova solutions that are being adopted and deployed in some of the largest, multi-national environments in the world.
