That’s a wrap on InfoComm 2018! Now that we’ve safely arrived home and our famous spinning wheel has been placed back in its resting place, we thought it would be nice to reminisce about all of the good times and share some behind-the-scenes footage from the event.
Three Amazing Days of Lifesize Demos
We had so much fun meeting with our customers and partners and learning about how Lifesize has impacted their productivity and improved their overall meeting culture. Our three big show announcements — Lifesize Share™, Lifesize Dash™ and the all-new Lifesize Mobile App — were big hits with our current users as well as the thousands of show attendees who stopped by for a demo. Here are a few highlights:
Lifesize Share at InfoComm 2018
Elevate meeting productivity with wireless presentation sharing. This small wireless device gives you the ability to share your screen, play full-motion videos and upload files for presenting in the meeting room.
Customer Feedback: Easy to use. Wow, such a better solution. Great quality of the screen share. I can finally throw away my pouch of dongles!
Lifesize Dash at InfoComm 2018
Huddle rooms and mini rooms are the fastest-growing meeting room type today, and customers are looking for a video solution that’s affordable and scalable to fit them. For every one fully equipped conference room, companies are deploying 5 to 10 huddle and mini rooms. Lifesize Dash is the sub–$1,000 conference room system for small huddle and mini spaces.
Customer Feedback: Same Lifesize experience just in a smaller room size. I love that I can run it off of a Chromebox™. This is exactly what we need for the rooms we’re building out.

Customer Feedback: We love the new desktop app, and now the new mobile app fits perfectly in the solution. I really like the weight of the phone — some of the conference phones just seem so flimsy. I can’t believe I was actually demoing the solution with someone in Austin.
Lifesize® Camera 10x™ at InfoComm 2018
With 1,600 square feet of booth space, InfoComm was the perfect place to test out the zoom on the Lifesize Camera 10x. Even the longest boardroom tables are no match for the pan/tilt/zoom action on this lens.

Customizable Lifesize® Phone™ HD at InfoComm 2018
The touchscreen interface of Lifesize Phone HD makes it easy to deploy anywhere —even the tradeshow floor. We set up our phones with easy one-touch dialing into one of our demo virtual meeting rooms. But as you can see in this demo, it’s easy to customize the background, layout and button functionality in just a couple minutes.
Customer Feedback: The easier it is to use, the better. I love that it’s one central directory across all devices and rooms. It’s great to be able to add our branding to the display.
Four Executive Presentations
We took the InfoComm agenda by storm with four different industry panel presentations. From “The State of the UCC Industry” to “Transitioning to a Digital Workplace” and “Huddle Room Best Practices” and even a customer case study on “Enabling a Video-First Culture,” the Lifesize team continued to prove time and time again what it means to be thought leaders in the video conferencing industry. Spin the Wheel and Win a Prize
Back by popular demand, our spinning-wheel-of-swag was a huge hit with a new lineup of awesome prizes. Shirts, wireless earbuds, cork bags and growlers were available to anyone who took a demo, but a few special winners took home Lifesize Share devices and a handful of other big ticket items in our daily prize draw.
