Manage video systems Admins can view all of the Lifesize video systems in their Lifesize company account from the Video Systems page of the admin console. Click to access the page. Pair your Lifesize Icon video system to the cloud-based service To remove a video system from your Lifesize account, select the check box next to the system's name and click Remove from Cloud. If you remove a system associated with an individual user or shared conference room, only the system is disconnected. The user or conference room account is still available in your Lifesize account. If you are in the same network as the Lifesize Icon, click to access the Icon's web interface. To download the video system's report in CSV format, click Export. Before you subscribe an Icon to the Calendar service, make sure you have Configured Lifesize Calendar to meet the requirements. Admins can add group contacts to the shared directory, such as third-party room systems that are not connected to Lifesize. See Manage group contacts.
