You may be asked to collect diagnostics from your desktop app to diagnose a problem.
- From the menu bar in your desktop app, select Help.
- Select Collect Diagnostics.
- Select what kind of problem occurred from the list.
- Enter a description of the issue you are experiencing.
- Click Start to generate a file that is automatically uploaded to the log server, or placed on your device.
- If the automatic upload fails, locate the file from your system and send it as directed by support for further analysis.
