Clayton’s approach to leading the sales organization is twofold. It’s all about understanding the customer’s business needs and developing a unique solution for the customer. When the two come together, it creates an exceptional customer experience.

His background brings a unique blend of experiences to Lifesize, enabling the company to offer the best go-to-market approach for providing value to its customers and prospects. Prior to Lifesize, Clayton managed enterprise sales, channel management, marketing and customer service teams for SaaS organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. After 20 years, Clayton is returning to video collaboration to lead the Americas sales organization for Lifesize.
