Megan Lueders is described as a born leader — always the first to volunteer, the first to step up to a challenge, and always willing to accept leadership roles in any capacity. At 20, she was a vice president for the McCombs School of Business’ student body. As the only female on the executive staff at Lifesize, she has served as a mentor and role model at her company. She has had a great impact outside the company walls by sharing her talents with groups such as the YMCA, Texas 4000, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Capital Factory.
