What is it?
The single sign on capability will allow customers to use their corporate credentials to access CxEngage through a 3rd party identity management system. SSO is easy to setup in CxEngage and can support behind the firewall identity providers. The solution also supports 3rd party identity providers using SAML 2.0.
Key Benefit(s)
The single sign-on solution supports multiple identity providers per tenant and can share identity providers across tenants. Users can have different identity providers across tenants with each tenant enforcing its identity provider and user configuration. The solution also allows for a user on a tenant to be configured to support both CxEngage login and SSO login, or only one of the two methods.
Good to Know
The single sign-on solution provides for a per active named user, however, it does not support auto provisioning of new users at this time.
