What is it?
Previously, notes entered in Skylight had to be saved within 5 minutes of wrap up. If the agent added notes, but ended wrap up after 5 minutes had elapsed, an error was presented to the agent and the notes didn’t save. The time limit has been increased from 5 minutes to 2 hours. Now, if an agent ends wrap up in less than 2 hours, any notes entered will save.
