The CxEngage Quality Management media player has been improved to play recordings at variable speeds so supervisors and evaluators can quickly find the most important parts of an interaction. Hovering over the arrow button or the button’s dropdown menu of speed selections allows users to select from the variable speed settings of 1x (normal playback speed), 1.5x and 2x to increase playback speed. Default is set to 1x speed when the media player is opened.
Key Benefits:
- By being able to playback a recording at 1.5x or 2x the speed, supervisors can hear the “chipmunk voice” and more quickly get to the point of the recording that is important to them.
- Customers can more quickly listen to a recording to determine its relevance or to get to the relevant part of the recording in a timely fashion.
