What is it?
The Collect Digits and Play Media notations have been updated to include Media List and Dynamic List as Media type options.
- Media List filters out the list types of media from your tenant’s saved media.
- Dynamic List allows you to dynamically create a multi-part mixed media set.
A dynamic list can include multiple pieces of mixed media in the one flow notation, rather than sequencing multiple media notations together. For example, you can now use a single Collect Digits notation to request input from a caller, thank them, confirm their selection, and any other messaging.
Dynamic list items can be an accessible audio URL or a Text to Speech string. They can play up to 10 items in a single event. To play more than 10, use multiple notations.
