What is it?
Two standard historical reports have been added to CxEngage: SSO Summary and SSO Usage by Tenant.
- SSO Summary: Shows the number of unique agents that logged in using SSO for the specified shared access code. For each shared access code, each agent is counted only once regardless of how many times they log in.
- SSO Usage by Tenant: Shows the number of unique agents that logged in using
- SSO by tenant for the specified shared access code and identity provider. For each identity provider in the tenant, each agent is counted only once regardless of how many times they log in.
Key Benefit(s)
- Ability to understand which tenants users are logging into and which identity provider users are logging into with SSO.
Good to Know
When a user belongs to multiple tenants they will only be counted once on the summary report, but will show up separately on the usage by tenant report so the total usage by tenants numbers will be higher than the usage shown on the summary report.
