Since the launch of Lifesize Cloud in May 2014, we’ve added a number of features. Each one is carefully thought out, and many of them are a result of feedback we’ve received from our customers. Our latest addition, the web console dashboard, arms account managers with the knowledge necessary to perform an ROI analysis. They can get in-depth reporting on statistics like user and room, as well as call and device usage, all in one place. This type of insight can help them manage their accounts and see the real return on investment of Lifesize Cloud. And like all of the other features we’ve added, access to the dashboard is included in the Lifesize Cloud subscription. Other notable enhancements include:
1. Data sharing in crystal clear 1080p on Lifesize Icon room video systems.
2. The addition of more local telephone numbers to provide dial-in support for users and meetings in more than 40 countries. This will let users in countries with a local audio conference number join a meeting from their smartphone and incur only local charges.
3. Account managers can now access additional account, user, and device information from the web console. It’s as simple as logging in to the web console and clicking on the bell symbol.
4. PC and Mac app users can now traverse virtually any network thanks to our enhanced security and firewall traversal over port 443. Now laptop users have the reassurance that they can connect securely over any network easily.
